Meditations For Frontline Workers is a totally free resource to help people feel calm and well within themselves. Most meditations are only 3-10 mins so that they can be fitted into breaks on a busy shift. Over the coming weeks and months we will continue to add new material (including longer meditations to support you if you struggling to sleep or let go of difficult experiences).
